Why is that? It is because this type of real estate is still very profitable. It is even more profitable than residential properties. The profits in commercial real estate investments are huge if you invest in it right. You can turn around and lease out the property once you have purchased it. Most of the time a business will come in a lease the property before the area has even grown because of their expectations of growth.
