Many life lessons make good business and it is usually good to be prepared for things not always going your way. Colocation hosting is a way of backing up your servers, you have another server running in a different location just in case your original server goes down. So lets say that you lost power on the block where your computer servers were, you would not lose the potential business if you utilized colocation hosting and had another server in a different area ready to take over.
